On December 20, 2016, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor were gifted with an adorable baby boy who got marriages in the year 2012. The 3-year-old Taimur became an internet sensation when the media saw him for the first time, and that should have happened, considering how much his parents love the media and how cute he is.

A couple of days before Saif Ali Khan turned 50, Nawab, Saif and Kareena Kapoor Khan revealed they 're expecting their second-baby, which has taken social media by storm at all. In February of next year, Saif and Kareen will welcome another joining of joy in their lives, while Taimur will turn four this December.

Recently, nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar from Kareena Kapoor Khan has taken her Instagram handle to reveal her first two-month diet during these months and we have to say it's all mouth-watering. Sharing Bebo 's incredible picture of wearing a blue shirt, Rujuta gave specifics of what everything Bebo ate in the first two months.

The diet had been something like this;


Meal One-Badams / Banana soaked around 9-10th workout (details below)


Meal Two – Dahi rice & papad OR sabzi & dal roti paneer

Meal Three – small papaya bowl OR handful of peanuts OR cheese slice OR some makhana

ISH 2-3


Meal Four-Mango milkshake OR litchi bowl OR any chivda

ISH 5-6

Meal Five-Pulao Veg & Rita OR. Palak or pudina roti with a raita OR boondi. Dal rice & apricot

8Orchestra


Bedtime-Haldi milk with tiny musk


If you're hungry in bed – fresh fruit, curd with raisins or cashews, Nimbu sherbet, Nariyal pani, Kalanamak Chaas & hing

And then comes the weekly workout routine that was like this;


Day 1-20 min treadmill, focus on rpm


Day 2-Routine Yoga


Day 3-break


Day 4-Training at home for strength


Day 5-40 minutes on the treadmill, focus on steady speed


Day 6-Postures of restorative yoga or core exercise


Day 7-Pause
