On March 24th, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to the country and shared all about the ongoing problem. During his talk, Modi also levied a 21-day lockdown across all states and union territories in India. PM Modi made an appeal to the people to stay at home during this hard time. While this made the majority of people fearful, it has also allowed us to concentrate on our well-being. Here are some diet and workout tips for 21 days of lockdown:

For breakfast, you can enjoy homemade ragi dosa and after that, you can have some fruit or coriander seeds. During lunch, you can go for rajma chawal as rajma are packed with proteins, and when they get blended with carbs like rice, it turns out to be a wholesome meal. If you don’t want to eat rajma, you can go for dal rice or simple khichdi. In dinner, include some vegetables, khichdi or phulkas. Make sure to keep a gap of a minimum of 2 hours before your dinner and bedtime.
Workout tips for 21 days lockdown:
Workouts such as skipping rope, jumping jacks, pull-ups, planks, push-ups, side planks etc can be performed on a daily basis. If you are assisting your mom in household jobs and choose mopping or sweeping the floor, then it is also a great form of exercise. You can also do yogic workouts, Zumba or aerobic exercises at your home.
