The deceased was a 55-year-old male from the district of Khagaria who had diabetes also. Death was caused by cardio-pulmonary arrest. Following his death his COVID-19 test report came positive.

In Bihar the total number of positive COVID-19 cases is1178.

Shramik Special train gets to Bengaluru

A special Shramik train from Delhi to Bengaluru reached Yeshwantpur Railway Station at about 8 a.m. Monday.

The train carried 182 passengers to Bengaluru, most of whom had been stranded in Delhi as students and visitors.
 According to sources, about 960 of the State, including students, tourists and migrants, boarded the Delhi train that reached the city via Hubballi and Kalaburagi, where the others alighted.

Naval boat arrives at Kochi with Maldives evacuees

On Sunday morning, Naval ship Jalashwa arrived at Kochi port from the Maldvies with 588 Indians stranded in the island country after COVID-19 spread.
