Kourtney Kardashian is proud of her body and is making every effort to ignore the haters.
During a YouTube video posted on her Poosh account Wednesday, the 40-year-old reality star became candid about how she protects her mental health from cyberbullying. When answering the fan question, Kardashian explained that, after posting photos of herself on Instagram, she has recently had people asking if she is pregnant.
"I commented back and said, 'This is my body shape. I've definitely gained a couple of pounds over this quarantine period and I love my body and I'm proud of my shape,'" she said. "And I'm posting it obviously and this is my body shape. I don't think I look pregnant at all. We 're all shaped differently and that's my body and I'm proud of it. So that's how I respond to the negative comments.

"Try not to let you be affected by those comments, and if they do and you know that, then don't look at comments," she said. "I know it's easier to say than done, but truly try to keep the mental health positive." And while admitting to seeing a lot of negativity online, she also noted that there's just as much positivity there.
"I think we tend to focus on the negative," she said, adding that she tends to stand out more by the negative comments. "I just want to respond to those people sometimes even more than the positive ones, which isn't always fair."
Just last month, Kardashian admitted that when people speculate if she is pregnant, she started not to take offence. After sharing a photo of herself wearing underwear and an orange button-up dress showing off her stomach, She received those comments.
