New Delhi: Himachal Pradesh Secondary Education Board (HPBOSE) has started evaluation for matric and + 2 reply copies from home. The board is setting up Response sheet distribution and collection center rather than creating assessment centres. The Board also gave specific guidelines for teachers to follow for evaluation processes.
40 copies per day for Matric Art (A) and Home Science papers and 30 copies per day for the rest of the matric and + 2 papers will be sent to the teachers for evaluation.
The Board has already published paper assessment instructions and grace marks issued by paper setter.
With respect to grace marks, the Himachal Board provided notice providing grace marks to plus two students in Biology, Business Research, Accountancy and Chemistry.
Students who tried Series B question paper in Biology will be given one grace mark and those who tried Series C will get three grace marks.
Students who attempted the Series B question paper would earn four grace marks in the Business Study report. Students who tried Series C question paper in Accountancy will receive two grace marks.
Lastly, in Chemistry, students who tried Series A question paper will receive three grace marks and those who tried Series B will receive five grace marks, and one extra mark will be awarded to students who tried the "or" portion of question number 27.
The grace mark is to be awarded to all students whether they have attempted the query or not, subject to the condition that any candidate's total marks does not in any condition exceed 60 marks.
