Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui recently traveled with his family in the midst of the national Coronavirus lockdown from Mumbai to his hometown in Muzzafarnagar. They have now been placed under house quarantine, as per government norms. Recently the government announced that people who are stuck in other cities may return to their hometowns after being given permission to do so.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui with family in home quarantine
On May 11, Nawazuddin Siddiqui arrived to his hometown to celebrate Eid. According to that, he and his family were instructed by the authorities to remain in home quarantine until May 25, which will mark the 14-day period. The media reports also disclose that the actor has been granted permission from Mumbai authorities to fly back to his hometown.A poster in his home says he stays in quarantine until May 25.
The mother, brother, and sister-in - law of Nawazuddin Siddiqui also traveled with him back to Uttar Pradesh. The doctors had taken actor and his family samples to test for Coronavirus. The whole family had tested negative for the virus according to reports.
The actor ruled Netflix on the work front earlier in 2019, with the release of the famous Sacred Games show's second season. In 2019 he appeared in many more movies including Housefull 4, Motichoor Chaknachoor and Photograph. Nawazuddin Siddiqui has five movies in the pipeline as regards the year 2020.
He will be seen in the Black Currency directorial Sanjay Sharma: The Unveiling of the Fake Currency Reality and a horror thriller named The Maya Video. Siddiqui will also be seen alongside Eisha Chopra in No Land's Man. The actor is also set to be star in the film Bole Chudiyan by his brother Shamas Nawab Siddiqui.
