Redmi Note 9 Pro To Go on Sale Today at 12 noon via Amazon, Mi.com: Indian size, tender, specifications

Sale of Redmi Note 9 Pro in India is scheduled for today, May 14 at 12 pm (noon). 

The Redmi Note 9 Pro is available for grabs via the site of Amazon India and Mi India. After the central government relaxed rules for selling non-essential products in Orange and Green zones amid the coronavirus pandemic, the phone went on sale in India also last week.

In India the Redmi Note 9 Pro is available in two variants: 4 GB + 64 GB and 6 GB + 128 GB. The base version with 4 GB RAM is priced at Rs. 13,999, while the version with 6 GB RAM is priced at Rs. 16,999. Amazon and mi.com also have a promotional deal where consumers can receive a flat Rs. 1,000 discount while making the purchase via ICICI credit card. The two websites also offer EMI options through credit card ICICI.

Last week, Redmi Note 9 Pro went on sale in India after central government relaxed standards on the country's delivery of non-essential goods. Delivery of non-essential goods such as smartphones is permitted only in zones marked by central government as Orange and Green.

Specifications on Redmi Note 9 Pro

As regards the specifications, the Redmi Note 9 Pro dual-SIM (Nano) runs MIUI 11, based on Android 10. The phone is equipped with a 6.67-inch full-HD+ display (1.080x2.400 pixels) and is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 720 G SoC, coupled with up to 6 GB of RAM.

Moving to the cameras, the Redmi Note 9 Pro has a rear quad camera setup that includes a main 48-megapixel camera, an ultra-wide angle-lens 8-megapixel camera, a macro-lens 5-megapixel camera, and finally a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There's a 16-megapixel front camera for the selfies and video calling.

The phone also comes with up to 128 GB (up to 512 GB) storage that can be extended via microSD card. Redmi Note 9 Pro includes 4 G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS / A-GPS, NavIC, a Type-C USB port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack for connectivity. The phone comes to the battery and packs a 5.020mAh battery with support for quick 18W charging.
